Our journey began as a humble hobby in the back of a brewery, where our founder and master distiller, Yuseff Cherney, custom-built his first pot still from an old beer fermenter. It was from this spirit of experimentation and unwavering commitment to quality that Cutwater Spirits was born, transforming into an award-winning craft spirits brand.
